Last match of the day here at Potters Resort in the ‘Just’ 2020 World Indoor Open Pairs Quarter Finals and it was Greg Harlow & Nick Brett up against Mark Dawes & Jamie Chestney.
First set and it was Dawes and Chestney that started well enough taking three shots in the first two ends off Harlow and Brett - then the tide turned as the long standing pairing of Harlow and Brett turned on the magic ant took eight shots off Dawes and Chestney over the next four ends leaving Dawes and Chestney the virtually impossible task of looking for six shots in the last end - it was not to be and Harlow and Brett took the set 8,4.
Second set and it was clear that no matter what Dawes and Chestney put up it was the pairing of Harlow and Brett that just simply swept anything away as they powered their way to a 10,2 win and a place in tomorrows semi finals.
