Breen faces long trip home

6 May, 2016

It was Connor Cinato that dashed Jarrad Breen’s hopes here today in the second match of the day. Breen really struggled to get a line and Cinato too full advantage as he powered his was through the first set to take it 12 -1 from Breen. Into the second set and although Breen managed to fight his way out of trouble on a couple of occassions it was Cinato that again played consistent quality bowls that Breen only got rewarded on 3 ends on the 9 end set. It was Cinato that never looked like losing as he took both sets cleanly to take the match. 1-12, 7,8. He goes through to face Brian Hawkins in the second round.
